Students with a passion for hospitality and food service discover French culture and lifestyle, get a deeper understanding of today’s industry, acquire specific knowledge and learn some techniques key to French vast heritage.

The Hospitality & Food Service program is an ideal situation to discover the real professional life and prepare a successful career in the hotel business. During 14 weeks, students benefit from expert teaching that combine theory and hands on classes, group projects, tastings and educational visits. Students grow professionally and as individuals, alongside industry experts, renowned graduates and the best maîtres d’hôtel in the country. Beyond the human adventure, students can obtain up to 30 credits ECTS and a certificate signed by Institut Paul Bocuse upon completion.
